Ordered the wrong part? No worries. We accept returns 30 days from purchase date for an exchange or refund. We only ask that parts must be in original condition with packaging unopened for returns to be accepted.
Faulty parts are covered under warranty and can be returned 1 year from purchase date. Read more about our warranty policy here.
Any parts returned outside of these periods or items returned damaged cannot be accepted and will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve.

You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. Outboard Spares will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit and will not reimburse postage costs of returned parts.
