Returns

Ordered the wrong part? No worries. We accept returns 30 days from purchase date for an exchange or refund, less any shipping costs. We only ask that parts must be in original condition with the packaging unopened for returns to be accepted.

If you choose to exchange your parts we are happy to supply you with the correct parts you need, however, we do charge a $10 standard shipping fee or $15 express shipping fee, whichever method you prefer, to send you the replacement parts.

Faulty parts are covered under warranty and can be returned 1 year from purchase date. Read more about our Warranty Policy here.

Any parts returned outside of these periods or items returned opened, used or damaged cannot be accepted and will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve or otherwise destroyed.

You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. Outboard Spares will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit and does not reimburse postage costs of returned parts.
