Update: Australia Post have announced they are experiencing lengthy delays to their standard post network due to increased parcel volumes. We are suggesting our customers select Express Post at checkout where possible to avoid delays and disappointment in receiving their orders.

 

With travel bans being enforced in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic some would say now is a good time to go boating; the ultimate escapism for those who enjoy it.

For the moment, it's business as usual for us. But, our focus is on two things: helping our customers and making sure our staff and families are healthy and safe so we remain vigilant in these changing times.

Our office remains open and our warehouse continues to ship orders daily. Our shipping carrier, Australia Post, has enforced strict contact-free procedures for parcel delivery to minimise the risk of contracting and spreading of Coronavirus ensuring orders arrive safely.

How can I place an order?
All the usual ways. You can order online, on our eBay store, via Catch Marketplace or by giving us a call on 1300 696 882.

Can you send me my order?
Yes. Our shipping carrier, Australia Post, remains fully operational across Australia and their posties, delivery drivers and Post Offices continue to operate.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?
No. To minimise the risk of contracting and spreading COVID-19 Australia Post no longer require a signature for delivery. Contact is minimised by either leaving the parcel at your door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.
